We put carers at the heart of everything we do and provide a range of quality care services designed to support those caring for people of all ages, with various health conditions and disabilities.
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and efficient Telephone Receptionist to join our team The Telephone Receptionist will be the first point of contact for callers, so previous customer service experience and an excellent telephone manner are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Use Microsoft Teams to answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Effectively route calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, ensuring callers reach the correct contact efficiently.
• Take detailed messages accurately, including caller's name, contact information, and purpose of the call.
• Strive to provide exceptional customer service to all callers, leaving a positive impression of the organisation.
