    What you willdo

    You will join a dynamic andagile team in a quickly changing environment. You will work in adiverse environment with

    • Product andEngineering on creating outstandingsoftware
    • Sales and Marketing on optimize andimprove business performance
    • Management team onmaking betterinformed decisions and develop strategies for thecompanys growth

    Some ofthe tasks that we know you will bedoing:

    • Collaborate withProduct and other internal stakeholders to understand and definewhat data is essential to measure the impact of the work we aredoing
    • Partner with Engineering on implementingthe tracking needed to measure impact
    • Become anexpert in translating what Product and Engineering teams areworking onto into specific analysis metrics or reports that yieldactionable insights
    • Investigate datavisualization needs of different teams and translate obtainedinsight into actions and present these tostakeholders
    • Enable stakeholders to access dataand monitor key business metrics by being an expert in building andmaintaining dashboards and reports using Mixpanel andAmplitude
    • Create and present reports and adhocanalysis to management
    • Partner with Product andEngineering teams on A/B test design and analyzing test results tomeasure the impact of changes and make recommendations tostakeholders

    Education&Experience:

    • Aneducation focused on Statistics Math Data Science or similartechnical disciplines
    • Excellent problemsolver& strong analytical skills
    • Technicalaptitude to learn new tools technologies andmethodologies
    • Ability to translate complexanalysis findings into a clear narrative and actionableinsights
    • Excellent communication skills withthe ability to listen and collaborate
    • Productand/or Marketing Analytics experience is aplus
    • Knowledge of Mixpanel and Amplitude is aplus
    • Knowledge in Python R or other analyticalprogramming language is a plus
    • Knowledge of theSQL language is a plus
    • Experience with an ABtesting tool such as Optimizely Google Optimize etc. is aplus
    • Knowledge of the travel industry is aplus
