Looking for a new challenge? Are you passionate about people and thrive on finding solutions in an efficient and effective way? We have a rare opportunity to lead the aftersales operation within our high-performing BMW/MINI dealership in Milton Keynes.
Aftersales Managers within BMW play a critical role to ensure our customers receive an exceptional level of service from both front of house/workshop and everything in between. You will support in driving a collaborative culture amongst our colleagues. We will empower, support, and give you all the tools you need to thrive in an exciting environment where your role is vital to our success.
You will have experience of managing and driving performance within a large aftersales operation. Within this role you will be oversee Service, Parts and cosmetic managing circa 55 headcount.
