You will lead Leadership and Management programme. This will involve the design, build and delivery of the programme, as well as operational management and third-party relationships.
Collaboration:
You will work to the shared common goal, alongside the rest of Grayce's L&D function and trainers, of facilitating engaging learning and developing exceptional emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities- Designing, building and delivering professional skills training in line with our Leadership and Management Programme.
- Liaising with the L&D Coordinator and L&D Programme Manager to ensure training sessions are scheduled accordingly and all logistics are thoroughly planned.
- Managing the Booking app for Leadership and Management, ensuring the system is fully embedded operationally and all sessions meet the minimum attendance requirement.
- Supporting and managing the CMI relationship. Making sure Analysts on the Diploma track are completing the necessary assignments in line with CMI standards.
- Facilitating the upskilling of coaches and managing third party resources. Tracking these resources and their associated costs and benefits to the delivery of the Leadership and Management Training Programme.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to align the Leadership and Management programme with organisational training needs and other training interventions including Welcome to Grayce, Bootcamp Modules and Upskilling sessions.
- Practical experience of designing, building and delivering training programmes.
- 5+ years' experience in the field of people development.
- Experience of working in change and transformation environments.
- Ability to confidently engage learners by both classroom and virtual facilitation.
- Critical and creative skills to design and develop engaging and impactful training materials.
- A passion for developing and training emerging talent.
