£26,000 - £30,000

The Company:

My client is a Property Development and Management firm based in London N14, working with local authorities to provide solutions for their social housing needs, under different schemes, with a strong reputation for quality and excellence in their field.

Purpose of job:

Main Duties:

- give people vacant accommodation
- carry out regular inspections
- deal with anti-social behaviour and broken tenancy agreements
- refer people to advice on benefits and welfare
- attend meetings
- arrange for repairs at properties
- work with other agencies like social services

Skills & Knowledge required:
- customer service skills
- administration skills
- to be thorough and pay attention to detail
- patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- the ability to work well with others
- to be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
