Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a Training Coordinator to work with our clients Head of IT and Head of HR to ensure delivery of training and development of all staff within the firm.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Deliver training and development materials to implement key IT system changes and other operational changes, an initial priority will be to deliver extensive Visualfiles training as it is currently being implements across the firm and represents a significant operational change
Deliver training on key IT systems to current staff as required

Coordinate and administer digital and face to face training sessions

Create, deliver and arrange training for the firm as required based upon individual, department and firm-wide training needs, up to date legislation, professional body requirement, policy and regulations, ensuring that ll identified training is undertaken by all relevant staff within the firm

Arrange all external training across the firm and maintain relationships with training providers

Develop and maintain learning and development presentations and materials for all key areas of the business

Maintain, implement and enforce procedures to meet professional body requirement in relation to learning and development, including ensuring CDP / continuous competence records are kept up to date

Ensure all training is delivered to a timetable agreed with the firms senior management team

Liaising with the Onboarding team and communicate new joiner instructions as required

Support the relevant documents within he delivery of induction training which will include training in our key IT systems such as VisualFiles and SOS and effectively become a "super use" in their IT systems


About you:


  • Previous experience working within a Learning & Development position (ideally 2 years )
Previous experience of delivering various training including IT systems

Knowledge of case management systems and accounting systems

Law firm experience is desired
