A forward-thinking Proptech enterprise are searching for an Operations Director.
They are at the forefront of providing online solutions for worldwide property buyers and investors. Linking buyers with their ideal properties through a carefully chosen network of trusted agents, supplemented by a wide range of additional services to ensure smooth transactions.
The customer base consists of estate agents, solicitors, IFAs, mortgage brokers, and insurance companies, to whom we offer tailor-made data products.
This role calls for an individual with a strong sense of commercial awareness and a deep understanding of how to run a platform-based business. It's essential that you are able to apply your comprehensive knowledge of the property market to guide operational strategies and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring delivery, managing projects effectively, implementing and developing processes, and optimising team performance. With your extensive understanding of the property market, operational strategies, and pipeline management, you will be key to driving the tactical direction and overall success of the company.
