My MSP client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Senior 1st Line Support Technician to permanently join their team in the Winnersh office

You'll be supervising the IT team, providing high-end 1st Line Support to their extensive client base, alongside working closely with the Senior Management to learn and grow into the best SENIOR Engineer you can be


Responsibilities include:

*Providing premium 1st and 2nd Line Support
*Handle Service Desk issues and requests
*Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
*Working closely with all Senior Managers to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions
*Working to meet SLAs
*Escalating incidents and requests to the Level 2 team
*Monitor and maintain client systems
*Provide support and guidance to the 1st Line team with your technical skill set
*Train and mentor junior staff
*Being heavily involved in business improvement


Technical Skills Required:

*MSP experience

  • 1st/2nd Line Support experience
*Active Directory & AzureAD
*Good networking knowledge - including firewalls, switches, routers
*Windows OS
*Windows Server
*Office 365
*DNS/DHCP
