- Program, set, and operate CNC lathes using EdgeCAM software to produce precision aerospace components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for efficient machining processes, taking into account tooling selection, cutting parameters, and material characteristics.
- Troubleshoot programming and machining issues, making adjustments as necessary to maintain production efficiency and quality control.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing processes.
