    Description


    The RoleEmployment Partner - Up to £200,000 salary + Benefits & BonusThis is a superb opportunity to join a Top 60 law firm, offering specialist quality legal advice to commercial clients and private individuals, based in Birmingham.

    The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, including contentious and non-contentious employment related matters. However, the workload is as varied as the client base, with a range of Private and Public sector clients.

    The successful candidate will have at least 6 years post qualification experience and work closely with the Head of Department on business development.

    The CandidateEmployment Solicitor with at least 6 years post qualification experience or equivalentA portable client following circa £300,000 or moreAbility to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseloadAbility to work well as part of a team and on your own initiativeStrong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detailExcellent organisation and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe Benefits and How to ApplyCompetitive basic salary (Up to £200,000 DOE)Superb working environment, with a City Centre working officeFlexible working - work from home optionCompany pensionFull benefits packageAccessible to public transport (transport links to both train and bus routes)Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone.
