The Role:


We are looking for a Sales & Loyalty Supervisor who will help us to develop the Sales Department and scale-up SimpliSafe to the next level, building a foundation for future growth and high performance.

To manage a team of Sales & Loyalty Representatives as well as providing support to the Call Centre Manager. The Sales & Loyalty Department covers both inbound and outbound workflows together with some admin workflows. The Sales & Loyalty Supervisor will lead, drive performance, motivate and coach the team to achieve business targets.

  • An individual who thrives in a fastpaced, target driven work environment, without compromising on quality of delivery.
  • B2B or B2C sales management experience where you have managed a team of high activity, sales professionals

  • A positive and resilient attitude. An individual who will consistently perform at a high level to meet and exceed KPIs
  • A commercial mindset balancing outcome to suit customers and commercial partners, generating winwin's.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workflows effectively
  • Must be an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities:


  • Inspire and motivate a team of sales agents supporting ambition and building on motivation.
  • Drive sales across your team working towards KPI's
  • Ability to identify training needs to improve performance.
  • Have a solid understanding of sales methodologies which you can draw on to coach and develop your team.
  • A relentless attitude to hitting and exceeding targets having your team convert leads from both Inbound & Outbound calls
  • Acting with a high degree of integrity putting the customers at the heart of decisions.
  • Creating a fun and motivating environment where your team has to buy into both you and SimpliSafe, bringing SimpliSafe's values to life.
  • Delivering coaching sessions to your team
  • Working collaboratively with the rest of the management team to ensure success and a positive influence on both the sales & service leadership population celebrating the wins of others
  • Great organisation and time management skills which you can impart on others

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
