Copywriter:New Chapter are delighted to be the partner of a premium omnichannel food and drink business, as they seek a Copywriter to join them through an exciting period of domestic and international growth.


This British, heritage brand possesses a band of loyal followers from all over the globe, expertly delivering their products to their customers via multiple channels.

The brand is seeking a commercial, creative, and autonomous copywriter to help drive sales conversions through smart, compelling, commercially sharp and concise copy.

They are looking for someone who has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, in order to prioritise a varying workload.


As Copywriter, you will hold overall responsibility to provide persuasive marketing and sales communications across multi-channel touch points, including retail, online, social and international.

You will manage the tone of voice and copywriting guidelines internally and externally, ensuring consistency of message.

You will look to consistently improve conversion rates online to help scale customer acquisition as well as provide editorial support for all business copy as required.


With demonstrable experience copywriting, you will partner with the product team buyers to ensure all NPD has effective copy to communicate the product features & benefits.


  • Experience in copy writing and editing with a portfolio of work available
  • Ability to drive sales conversions through smart, compelling, concise copy
  • Creative flair, a demonstrated passion for aesthetic perfection, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
