    We are looking for a fully accredited CBT Therapist or Integrative Psychotherapist to support the delivery of our eating disorder inpatient group therapy programmeand to deliver individual therapy to inpatients admitted to this service.

    This is a permanent part-time position for which the successful candidate will have at least three years post qualification experience of working with a range of adult mental health issues.

    The role will involve the facilitation of specialist psycho-educational and relapse prevention therapy groups, individual sessions, and the completion of assessments and treatment plans for a range of patients.

    The successful candidate will be required to complete 60% of their contracted hours as clinical hours.

    The successful candidate will join a supportive therapy team and be offered clinical supervision by the lead therapist.

    Training on how to work with patients with eating disorders and co-morbidities will be provided.

    Full BACP, BABCP or UKCP accreditation is required for this role.

    Our service is based on a strong, friendly multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on supporting our staff through regular supervision, staff support groups, and annual performance development reviews. Good communication skills and a flexible approach are essential.

    Applications from those working towards accreditation within the next six to 12 months might be considered depending on experience, with a revised salary banding of £31,000-£35,000 pro rata until full accreditation is achieved.

    Priory Hospital Hayes Grove is a private 46-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults, located on the edge of London in Hayes, Kent. The hospital provides care and treatment for patients with a wide range of mental health issues both as inpatients and day patients. Hayes Grove specialises in providing care for patients with acute mental health conditions, addiction issues - both drug and alcohol, and also has a specialist Eating Disorders unit. The hospital is situated close to excellent transport links to central London, Croydon, and Bromley areas and parking is available locally.
