    Programme Manager's Assistant

    12-month initial contract

    Onsite working (Halewood)

    £26ph - £32ph (Inside IR35)

    About the company

    Contechs is recruiting on behalf of its client, a British multinational automobile manufacturer, which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. They are looking for a Programme Manager's Assistant to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Halewood .

    Job Description

    As Programme Manager's Assistant , your main responsibilities are:

    • Support the Programme Leader / Programme Manager onsite
    • Collecting information and reporting
    • Support the presentations, to various levels of management
    • Lead meetings with the engineering teams, to gather the required information
    • Setting up meetings and managing SharePoint(s)

    Qualifications / Skills required

    • Project management experience
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficient with MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint
