Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
  • Communicate effectively with customers in person
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
From £24,942.23 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
