We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
- Communicate effectively with customers in person
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary:
From £24,942.23 per year
