    Job Description:


    Experience in delivering large & medium sized projects or programs involving enterprise applications, CX / CRM programsStrong experience in Agile way of working​ and Salesforce skillsShould be well versed with Salesforce Transition Projects and discussion the Clients Domain Specialization in front office or enterprise apps in Telecom, BFSI, Automotive is an added advantage Experience in managing external and internal StakeholdersExperience in preparing management reports, weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to customerExperience in work planning, estimating/budgeting, productivity measurement and management, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue managementAbility to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, excellent customer focusProven knowledge of business process and its KPIs, including best practices to support the relevant business processes Good Communication, Analytical & problem solving skill.

    Sharp learning curve & awareness of new technology areas and domainsPlanning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people managementAdherence to contractual commitments as agreed in MSA,SOWDesign cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deploymentDrive Independently complex functional issues as needed, especially related to determining when customer requirements require a custom solution and configuration and validation of new featuresGood understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitabilityConducting project reviews and creating detailed status reports & Managing day to day project progressWell versed in project financials
