    Staff Nurse Full-time or Part-time // Days or Nights up to 44 hours available £40,000+ per annum // £19.74ph+ Holywood, Co.

    Down I'm thrilled to be recruiting for a new Staff Nurse opportunity in Holywood. This is a reputable home that facilitates dementia, Mental health, old aged patients and Phsyical disability patients.

    This Staff Nurse position is based in a modern care facility that boasts a fantastic reputation with High RQIA reports, high Staffing levels and amazing family reviews.

    To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-cantered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.

    Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate Shadow the Nurse manager and Cover for the Nurse Manager when needed Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.


    What were looking for:
