Senior Marketing Executive

Essential skills/Requirements:


  • 45+ years in a digital marketing role (with core focus on SEO and PPC), either client or agency side
  • Ability to control large budgets
  • Excellent written English
  • Organised, reliable and punctual
  • Experience in the insurance and law/solicitor sector (desirable)
  • Understanding of the adobe suite is preferable

Your responsibilities:


  • Managing multiple websites via various Content Management Systems including Wordpress
  • Using software tools such as AHREFS to conduct keyword and competitor research, interpreting data effectively to inform commercial strategies
  • Managing a large number of social media accounts with a combined audience of over 20k followers, with the objective of raising brand awareness and supporting lead generation
  • Using a variety of onpage and offpage SEO tactics to produce high quality website content and gain backlinks that will help boost the overall ranking of websites
  • Managing Pay-PerClick campaigns for several businesses via Google Ads, Facebook Business with large monthly budgets

INTRODUCTION OF CONDUCT RULES


The Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SM&CR) is part of the FCA's drive to improve culture, governance and accountability within financial services firms.

It aims to deter misconduct by improving individual accountability and awareness of conduct issues across firms.


WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU
The new regime has been designed to encourage a culture of personal responsibility and implements a requirement that every individual takes responsibility for ensuring that they are acting in line with the following conduct rules:

  • You must act with integrity
  • You must act with due care, skill and diligence
  • You must be open and cooperative with the FCA, the PRA and other regulators
  • You must pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairly
  • You must observe proper standards of market conduct.

TRAINING
Conduct training will be completed with all staff during 2024 and will form part of our annual training requirements.

£30,000.00-£32,558.09 per year
