- Develop, implement, and maintain QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Lead internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures, including inspection plans, testing protocols, and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues throughout the production process.
- Investigate root causes of quality failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality trends and drive process improvements.
- Conduct supplier quality audits and provide guidance on supplier selection and evaluation.
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff to ensure competency and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in quality management and injection moulding technology.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality management role within an injection moulding manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems.
- Strong understanding of injection moulding processes, materials, and tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence change.
