    A Quality Manager position has just become available within a business that prides itself on maintaining a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and driving a real modern-day working ethos.     Quality Manager duties include -

    • Ensure that customer concerns are investigated correctly & preventive actions are put in place.
    • Manage the Quality area, organising KPI's and training plans when required.
    • Assist with product and process continuous improvements, documenting any changes.
    • Maintain the QMS's and ensure that these are aligned to customer and company requirements.
    • Manage internal and external audits, ensuring that the business is always legally compliant.
    • Implement periodic gap analysis and identify hazards and opportunities for enhancing quality, health, safety, environmental, and compliance standards.

    Quality Manager desirable skills and experience -

    • Experience working within a similar role (Senior Quality Engineer etc).
    • Sector experience - Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, or Yellow Goods.
    • Ability to use the relevant core tools and help to drive continuous improvement.
    • Systems trained, examples would be - ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO
