- Ensuring all customers are receiving the best level of service

The Site: The Admiral Hornblower
Set in the heart of Oakham, The Admiral Hornblower is a 17th century listed building boasting a vast amount character and fabulous beer garden. Over the years the restaurant has gained a an excellent reputation for food, with a menu that offers something for all tastes. We have several dining rooms which can accommodate larger parties up to 70 guests or more individual at a max of 10. We have also 10 en suite hotel rooms, 5 located above the pub and 5 above the courtyard.
Your Role: Experience in this role or a similar position is essential. Particularly in delivering exceptional levels of service, whilst demonstrating excellent levels of leadership that will motivate and inspire your team. Whilst providing full support to the other members of management team. This role is ideal for a flexible and experienced individual who works well under pressure both alone and as part of a team. A passion for the food and drink industry is fundamental, as this role will give you the information, training and opportunity to develop yourself further as a manager.
