    Description

    The role entails developing and implementing project control and governance mechanisms across Professional Services, with a focus on consistency in forecasting, revenue recognition, and automating services processes using O365 functionality. The role includes managing a team of project control analysts and providing operational support. The ideal candidate will have experience in software implementation and consulting services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage month-end and forecasting processes to improve accuracy and stability
    • Evolve project governance and control approaches
    • Provide data to support project reviews and stakeholder interactions
    • Collaborate with HR and Program Management for organizational knowledge development
    • Assist in pre-sales planning and estimation support
    • Ensure ongoing operational support for OpenAir
    • Provide career development and management for team members

    Educational Requirements:

    • Minimum 7 years of Project Office experience
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
    • Understanding of successful project management principles
    • Proven experience in internal stakeholder management
    • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Office tools

    Technical Competencies:

    • Detailed understanding of business information systems
    • Experience with Power BI, Excel, and OpenAir or similar systems
    • Bonus: experience with NetSuite, Workday, and SalesForce
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
