Responsibilities:

The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for;

  • Developing a deep understanding of the property industry and the specific requirements of our clients.
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities within the property sector.
  • Assisting senior consultants in managing the end to end recruitment process, from initial briefings to final placements
  • Collaborating with the team to contribute ideas and strategies to enhance the company's presence in the property recruitment market
  • Participating in training programs to develop your recruitment skills and knowledge.

Recruitment Consultant Specification:

All applicants for this Recruitment Consultant position must meet the following criteria;
Previous experience desirable

  • Estate agency sales/lettings
  • B2B sales
  • Telesales
  • Telephone based customer service
  • Marketing and advertising

Personal attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of individuals at various levels of the management hierarchy
  • A proactive and tenacious attitude, driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations
  • A quick learner, with the ability to adapt to a fast paced and evolving environment
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • High levels of attention to detail, with the ability to be thorough and methodical in following process
