- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the department.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a positive working environment.
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate and execute training and development programs.
- Manage employee relations and address any issues that may arise.
- Oversee performance management processes.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to align HR strategies with business goals.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally in a highly regulated manufacturing business.
- Excellent knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and HR metrics.
- An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
- A generous 10% bonus scheme.
- 26 days of holiday leave per annum.
