- Oversee comprehensive risk reporting and performance indicators for escalation to operational risk monthly meetings
- Highlight areas requiring action and drive proactive risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with colleagues to educate on operational risk responsibilities and promote continuous process and control improvement
- Facilitate the design and independent review of SOX compliance and risk assurance testing for Treasury
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in testing methodologies
- Manage Treasury loss events by swiftly escalating and minimizing financial, regulatory, or customer impacts
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
- Uphold trust and confidence of stakeholders through vigilant risk management practices
- Previous experience working on treasury
- Experience working on RCSA and control testing
- Previous experience building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
- The ability to maintain strong networks across a complex organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical degree from a Russel Group University.
- Up to £70,000 salary
