Finance Manager - Reporting | Social Housing | Greater Manchester | Hybrid Working
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a housing association in Greater Manchester to recruit a Finance Manager - Reporting.

This community based housing association are know for providing quality for their tenants and providing an excellent working environmentfor its staff.


Role:

Working closely with the Assistant Director of Finance, you will help to lead the finance operations for the organisation.

Responsibilities;

  • Reporting requirements arising from the above, providing management accounts and revenue budget forecasts to the Executive and drafting quarterly reports to Funders
  • Ensuring the management accounting teams liaise productively with budget holders to analyse results and consider actions to deliver effective budgetary control
  • Preparing the annual budget and managing the budget setting processes for the group
  • Overseeing preparation of consolidated group accounts in the statutory format, managing the external audit process, and the publication version of the year end accounts
  • Overseeing preparation of quarterly VAT returns
**Person:

  • Fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA)
  • Experienced team manager
  • You wont need sector experience to be successful in the position
  • Gravitas to work with colleagues at all levels within the organisation
