Working as a
Branch Sales Manager for
Jewson in Leicester; you will support the Branch Manager by leading the sales team in store.

This is a 'hands-on' role where you will take ownership of several key customer accounts,whilst supporting and developing a high-performing team.

You will continuously lead by example, ensuring excellent levels of service and satisfaction are delivered to customers in order to achieve the company's goals.

Your Responsibilities

Identify and deliver results across a range of Key Performance Indicators, through the management and planning of day to day sales functions within branch
Ensure the team consistently delivers an exceptional level of service to all customers and account holders
Effectively lead the sales team, regularly presenting detailed reports on branch performance, and delivering training in line with the Saint Gobain values
Ensure the team are experts in their field, maintaining a high level of commercial knowledge to instil trust with all clients
Facilitate meetings onsite with account holders within the local area

What skills and experience are we looking for?

A proven track record within a proactive sales role in a Builder's Merchants or with Construction Materials and Services
An infectious passion for sales, with the ability to lead and motivate a successful sales team within a competitive market
Leadership experience, including people and performance management
Experience effectively supporting and training a team, encouraging each team member to grow and develop within their role
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven track record of success achieving against KPIs
Excellent communication and presentation skills, working with a wide range of colleagues and clients
Full clean driving licence
