Customer Service AdministratorNorthampton
Up to £26k per annum
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Agenda Partnership have partnered with a Northampton based company who are recruiting for a full time, permanent Customer Service Administrator to join their small but busy team in Far Cotton.
This is a dual role which will include day to day administrative tasks including invoicing, filing, internal and external written and verbal communication but also is involved with talking directly with customers to book in the installation and setting upall administration documentation for engineers and fitters on site.
Key responsibilities:
- Direct communication with each customer to arrange installation dates
- Pick up any enquiries or queries from the customers to action
- Producing invoices, uploading to XERO and sending to customers
- Reminding customers of invoice due dates
- Scheduling engineers and fitters time via inhouse CRM and diaries
- Learning to run payroll and make payments to suppliers and customers
- Other administrative and customer service led responsibilities
Experience required:
- Prior experience working within a customer service role
- High attention to detail
- Working knowledge of XERO would be a huge plus but training is provided
- Experience working within construction, installation or service environment would be highly desirable but not essential
