    Business Development Manager (SaaS)

    Home and field based

    £50k base + car allowance + uncapped commission

    Agenda Partnership is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team, focusing on selling pharmacy and practice management software to pharmacies throughout the UK.

    This position requires a consultative sales approach, a passion for customer interaction, and a proactive attitude towards sales initiatives.

    The chosen candidate will work alongside an established sales team to provide innovative solutions in the rapidly evolving healthcare sector. You will be part of a vibrant work environment dedicated to implementing cutting-edge technologies that enhance the patient experience in healthcare.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engaging with new and existing accounts
    • Generating sales through new and existing business partnerships
    • Account management and growth by identifying opportunities for upgrades
    • Participating in sales meetings, demonstrations, and presentations
    • Maintaining up-to-date industry, market, and product knowledge
    • Representing the company at industry events
    • Collaborating with various internal departments for new and existing business installations
    • Resolving customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments
    • Conducting sales forecasting activities
    • Preparing quotations and related documentation for customers
    • Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
    • Submitting software modification requests based on customer needs

    About You

    • Prior experience in New Business Development, particularly in SaaS services
    • Experience in selling SaaS within the Healthcare market would be advantageous
    • Demonstrated consultative sales skills
    • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities
    • Strong business acumen
    • Proven track record of success in a goal-oriented sales environment
    • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
