- Generating sales through new and existing business partnerships

- Representing the company at industry events
- Collaborating with various internal departments for new and existing business installations
- Resolving customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments
- Conducting sales forecasting activities
- Preparing quotations and related documentation for customers
- Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Submitting software modification requests based on customer needs
- Prior experience in New Business Development, particularly in SaaS services
- Experience in selling SaaS within the Healthcare market would be advantageous
- Demonstrated consultative sales skills
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong business acumen
- Proven track record of success in a goal-oriented sales environment
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed
