Lockton Re's Client Services team are currently looking for skilled reinsurance professionals to join them, joining Lockton Re at an excited period of growth.


Working closely with our broking teams, and colleagues within client services, your skills and experience will enable the effective and accurate service to Lockton Re's clients and internal stakeholders, with opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing reinsurance brokerage.

Role responsibilities:


  • Undertaking premium processing for our varied portfolio of International Treaty reinsurance business
  • Conversing with clients and carriers on a technical level
  • Working independently, managing priorities and supporting team colleagues to ensure excellent client service.
  • Actively building relationships with team, internal and external clients
  • Identifying client's individual requirements and work alongside them to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Participating in client and reinsurer meetings as required

About you:


  • Previous experience in a reinsurance processing role, ideally gained within a broking environment
  • Experience dealing with large corporate clients advantageous
  • Previous experience of Salesforce and Open TWINS is advantageous
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Proven problem solving skills, including the ability to resolve unusual and complex issues and then devise actionable solutions
