- Providing varied and comprehensive financial support to the operational team, ensuring financial transactions are processes and tracked accurately.
- Ensuring financial records are kept compliant and producing financial reports as required, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Taking a pro-active approach, identifying issues in departmental procedures and streamlining to maximise efficiency.
- Assisting with any other ad-hoc financial/administrative support.
- Previous experience in an accounts/finance assistant role.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Self-motivated and ability to analyse the efficiency of policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Strong IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms, including Excel.
