Property Projects Lead | Rail Experience Essential | Permanent | Hybrid | £70k-£80k | Manchester-Leeds-York

We are currently supporting one of our long-standing clients to find them a real master of delivery to step into a Property Projects Lead role in the rail industry.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within rail infrastructure and, specifically, within station upgrades and improvements.

They need someone with outstanding stakeholder management skills, as they will be representing the client in third party investor and local government/council meetings.

Management of the Property Projects team, with a mix of permanent staff and contractors
Rail industry experience essential, station upgrades highly desired
Outstanding comms and stakeholder management skills
Excellent project management experience

Hybrid - Management role means multiple days per week in the office
~ Occasional visits to other sites, rail card provided
