Property Projects Lead | Rail Experience Essential | Permanent | Hybrid | £70k-£80k | Manchester-Leeds

• YorkWe are currently supporting one of our long standing clients to find them a real master of delivery to step into a Property Projects Lead role in the rail industry.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within rail infrastructure and, specifically, within station upgrades and improvements.

They need someone with outstanding stakeholder management skills, as they will be representing the client in third party investor and local government/council meetings.

Responsibilities:

Management of the Property Projects team, with a mix of permanent staff and contractorsRegular liaising with external stakeholders; Enthusiasm, proactivity, go-getter attitude and a strong willingness to make decisionsRail industry experience essential, station upgrades highly desiredOutstanding comms and stakeholder management skills Educated to a degree levelExcellent project management experienceLogistics:£70k - £80k pa.
