As part of our administration team, you'll be involved in all areas of the business and will be the first contact for sales agents and suppliers.
You will take responsibility for completing and updating supplier information within our CRM, liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure contracts go live.
About you:
We are looking for a tenacious and driven person, who takes pride in their work, and excels under pressure.
You will be the kind of person who does not take no for an answer and is able to manage the demands of a busy workload.
You will be able to prioritise work using your own initiative and problem-solving skills and have a keen eye for detail.
Whilst there is no selling involved in this role, you will be the first point of contact to our suppliers, you will need to be personable and have an excellent telephone manner.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in an administration role.
- Confident in using Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Works well as part of a team and contributes to making the department a stronger, better place to work.
