Content Team Lead
We have a unique and exciting opportunity to join the team of a fan focused marketing agency as a Content Team Lead working for a global technology client.
This is where you come inthey are looking for the right person to act as Content Team Lead entering an existing team, you will be organised and methodical to ensure digital projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
The Content Team Lead role will encompass support for digital activities including:
- Project management
- Gotomarket (GTM)
- Product launch campaigns
- Experiential events
- Live broadcasts.
Key responsibilities of the Content Team Lead role:
- Ensuring the projects are delivered on time and budget, from planning through to execution.
- Keep stakeholders (internal and external) uptodate on project timelines
- Support team members to achieve their goals.
- Driving excellence across creative production keeping ahead of latest developments and effectively communicating what this means for clients.
- Managing client account teams whereby creative and production is likely to be an element but typically not the sole deliverable (e.g. insights and analysis to inform planning and account direction and content creation could all be core elements requiringyou to work with other team members to deliver).
- Ensuring the work you do is informed by data and behaviours directing insights and analysis as required with the wider team to deliver this.
- Understanding and being able to connect different elements to deliver a successful overall programme i.e. organic content, influencers, paid media and asset creation.
- Supporting new business development where relevant (i.e. working on pitches).
- Flexibility in your approach to collaborate on other work streams that require input.
Content Team Lead Essential Experience:
Previous experience and understanding are required of the following:
- Project management
- A project management qualification (prince 2)
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and able to prioritise a varied workload
- Knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and capture the essence of a client brief
- Effective team management abilities
- Experience delivering, directing, and managing production work
- A degree in marketing & communications or similar
