- Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's advice process
- Participating in and delivering financial research within agreed timeframes, on solutions and investments including VCTs, business relief, AIM, on an independent basis using a range of third-party research tools
- Producing suitability reports
- Provide technical support and administration
- Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum qualification requirement
- Demonstration of knowledge, interest and experience in financial planning
- Experience in an IFA (ideally financial planning) environment, demonstrating quality communications of constructive feedback
