As a key team member, the Van Driver plays a vital role in ensuring our catering services' timely and professional delivery.

Driving Overview & Duties:

Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination:Collaborate closely with the office and kitchen teams to plan and execute delivery schedules for our catering services.

Ensure that all deliveries are dispatched on time, considering traffic conditions and client requirements.

Maintain a meticulous record of delivery routes, drop-off times, and client preferences for future reference via the app Detrak provided.

Timely and Safe Transportation:Safely operate and maintain the company van, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and in excellent working condition.

Drive efficiently and responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations and promoting road safety.
Safeguard catering supplies during transportation to prevent damage and maintain product quality.

Professional Representation:Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients during deliveries, exhibiting exceptional professionalism and courtesy.

Uphold the company's brand image by maintaining a neat and professional appearance, wearing the provided uniform or appropriate attire.
Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with clients, promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate closely with the office and kitchen teams to ensure smooth coordination of delivery operations.

Communicate any delivery-related issues or special client requests promptly to the appropriate teams for resolution.

You will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the Wolf and Lamb warehouse

Warehouse Overview & Duties:

Keeping of the cleanliness of the warehouse, making sure that:

All shelves are tidy and organised.
Ensuring all walkways are kept clear of any packages

Efficient organising of the stock in the warehouse

This includes:

Designating spaces for the packaging, stock and equipment
Making sure the designated spaces are always kept tidy, easily accessible and with the correct packaging, stock or equipment
Any equipment that needs to be taken to storage should be arranged with Manager.
Receive any hot boxes or other boxes/coffee stations that come back from the client.
