The City of London Police is unique among forces.

As member of the People Services senior management reporting directly to the Director of People Services you will be responsible for leading the Business Partnership Team supporting the operational and strategic delivery of the People Strategy across the Force.

You should be an experienced HR professional who thrives on the challenge of working in a fast paced environment and has proven experience of delivering large projects within tight timeframes.

Workforce planning
Experience of advising senior stakeholders on complex HR matters
Experience of managing multiple projects and deliverables to tight (and often conflicting) timescales
Experience of formulating and developing HR policies and procedures in response to internal/external drivers
Proactive, energetic and dedicated in approach to work
Robust and persistent in pursuit and delivery of organisational objectives
