- Lead application of specific Project Controls methods, techniques and tools.
- Good working knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.
- Able to advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
- Able to manage projects controls delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
- Able to play key role in multidisciplinary teams and take lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals delivering Projects Controls services and responsible for staff development.
- Mastery in setting up effective project controls systems.
- Excellent written communication skills, clear & concise.
- In depth knowledge of project controls tools & software (e.g., MS Excel, portfolio software, MS Project, PRA, Primavera P6).
- Able to provide effective & timely advice to clients.
- Have an understanding of data management.
- As a project controls specialist, stays up to date with key industry / professional trends.
- Excellent attention to detail & ability to validate & check project control inputs, recording & reports produced, providing commentary & analysis.
- Persuading and influencing colleagues.
- Influencing clients to accept proposals and recommendations.
- Satisfying customer requirements.
- Tackling problems that do not have an obvious solution.
- Delegating tasks to others.
- Selling the business and winning work.

Project: We are looking to recruitment a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our Consult Health Team. While you will assist in the delivery of health projects, joining Mace is to join a company that believes in your individuality and potential, and we will support you in developing opportunities and building your career.
We are actively seeking people with skills and experience of working in a healthcare delivery environment. We would also like to meet experienced project professionals who would like to move into the health sector as we can develop your skillset for this industry.

About you
You have degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the Programme, Project or Commercial Management disciplines, ideally within NHS/healthcare environments. You have or are working towards a relevant professional qualification (e.g. APM, MSP, PPC etc). You can build lasting client relationships and lead to strong, motivated teams. You thrive on delivering positive outcomes and are keen to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
