Calex UK Ltd are recruiting for a Project manager to lead the FUSE project working on the JLR contract.FUSEis a learning experience platform which JLR are using to digitalise their existing LMS (Learning Management System – Excellence), allowing user to maintain traditional learning and learning paths, while adding the ability for users to drive their own learning, at the point of need.
FUSE will also provide users with the opportunity to engage in social learning, using bespoke communities, with curators contributing from across the globe.
Successful integration of the two platforms will mean that users have the flexibility to use both seamlessly, understanding that they are using one platform for all their learning needs.
Working as part of the Global Customer Care team & digital systems teams, you will lead the way to deliver the best learning tools for customer-facing colleagues.
Role ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning and executing the smooth delivery of the FUSE integration with Excellence and successfully bringing the project to a close, coordinating with multiple stakeholders from many different business areas within JLR and working with various development teams to ensure that each system's requirements are met and that communication channels are clearly defined and managed.
Planning and defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, schedules
Organizing and leading project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress,
Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and changes.
Addressing issues & risks and implementing solutions to minimise disruption.
Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
Seeking agreement with establishing transparent governance with stakeholders in relation to all content & communities and how they are managed.
Tracking project performance and reporting on progress to stakeholders.Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Facilitating meetings, workshops, and reviews to drive project progress.
Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Ensuring quality assurance during the project to support the project goals.
Continuous improvement, evaluating the project against stated goals and bringing the project to a close, capturing proper evaluations
Oversee the transition from project to business.
Work closely with the Excellence Product Owner & SME to align and ensure successful handoff to the operations team
Work with Stakeholders to align, document and get sign off on the overarching strategy and governance for FUSE.

Salary & Benefits:
Up to £44,000 dependant on experience, 25 Days Annual Leave, plus Bank Holidays, Calex Employee Benefits Package (inc. High Street Discounts, Online GP, Welfare Scheme).
Workplace Location:
West Midlands based, working out of office at least 3 days per week.
Pre-employment Checks: Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with any successful candidate.
This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK.
Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). This nature if this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check. The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of the right to work in the UK.Employment:
