- Recruiting, training, and supervising caregivers
- Developing care plans in collaboration with clients and their families
- Conducting regular assessments of clients' needs and adjusting care plans accordingly
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals, such as nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Monitoring the quality of care provided and implementing improvements as needed
- Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling, billing, and maintaining records
- Providing support and guidance to caregivers and addressing any issues or concerns that arise
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, social work, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in homecare management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in homecare services
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and caregivers
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
