You will have the opportunity to develop and shape this exciting role whilst providing advanced clinical leadership through transformation and strong governance frameworks for Long Term Condition Management services within Powys Teaching Health Board.

The post holder will be a clinical expert in their field with proven experience as an advanced clinical practitioner and will fulfil the 4 domains of the Consultant role:
Expert Practice

Professional Leadership and Consultancy

Education, Training and Development

Practice and Service Development, Research and Evaluation
