The main responsibilities include:


  • Advising on general commercial areas to include contractual matters, intellectual property, contracting and supplier management including outsourcing regulation and data protection.
  • Supporting with company secretarial matters, corporate governance and any corporate transactions and capital markets transactions
  • Advising on their products including mortgages or savings and as well as dealing with litigation issues.

Key skills and experience required:


  • Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with 2 3 years PQE is preferred
  • An interest in financial services or other relevant experience.
  • Background in private practice or inhouse, ideally both.
