HR/Recruitment/Payroll Officer

Location:
Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent

Hours of Work: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).

Working within the HR Team, your areas of responsibility will be varied:

Preparing and processing 2 bureau payrolls per month for approx. 350 employees, ensuring accurate processing of salaries/worked hours, overtime, deductions, pensions, and additions such as bonus payments.
Maintain all employee master data within the company's HR systems, including payroll and time and attendance systems.
Reviewing and maintaining accurate employee work and absence records.
Complete new starter and leaver and onboarding processes.
Completion of RTI submissions for tax codes and expense changes.
Managing pension schemes and contribution payments.
Completion of annual salary reviews, bonus payments, P11Ds.
Completion of payrollrelated reports
HR Management reporting

What we are looking for:

Experience working within a similar role, either within recruitment, HR or payroll, excellent IT and numeracy skills are essential.
