Who we are looking for:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, increase organic traffic and grow revenue for client websites
Create datadriven forecasting, and monitor performance inline with forecast
Clearly communicate performance to clients and client services teams
Support a team of SEO specialists, including support with setting goals, providing guidance and coaching and evaluating performance
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization
Create and oversee the development of wellstructured, optimisedcontent
Thorough understanding of search intent and SERP analysis
Monitor and report on website performance, including traffic and rankings, and make datadriven recommendations for improvements
Create thorough, accurate, and clearly communicated technical SEO audits
Manage SEO budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
Collaborate with other departments, including content, social media, paid media, design, and web development, to ensure SEO is integrated correctly into omnichannel marketing strategies
Create clear SEO pitch documents and lead in pitch meetings
Communicate complex SEO issues clearly to clients in a way that is simple to understand
Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors, as needed

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with experience supporting more junior team members
Proven experience as an SEO Lead, SEO Manager, or similar role, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue growth
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Expertise in keyword research, onpage optimization, and technical SEO
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AhRefs, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
Experience creating strategy, datadriven forecasting, and monitoring performance inline with forecast
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An understanding of how other marketing channels impact and are impacted by SEO
Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
