Who we are looking for:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, increase organic traffic and grow revenue for client websites
  • Create datadriven forecasting, and monitor performance inline with forecast
  • Clearly communicate performance to clients and client services teams
  • Support a team of SEO specialists, including support with setting goals, providing guidance and coaching and evaluating performance
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Create and oversee the development of wellstructured, optimisedcontent
  • Thorough understanding of search intent and SERP analysis
  • Monitor and report on website performance, including traffic and rankings, and make datadriven recommendations for improvements
  • Create thorough, accurate, and clearly communicated technical SEO audits
  • Manage SEO budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments, including content, social media, paid media, design, and web development, to ensure SEO is integrated correctly into omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Create clear SEO pitch documents and lead in pitch meetings
  • Communicate complex SEO issues clearly to clients in a way that is simple to understand
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and changes in search engine algorithms.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and contractors, as needed

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO, with experience supporting more junior team members
  • Proven experience as an SEO Lead, SEO Manager, or similar role, with a track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Expertise in keyword research, onpage optimization, and technical SEO
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, AhRefs, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
  • Experience creating strategy, datadriven forecasting, and monitoring performance inline with forecast
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of how other marketing channels impact and are impacted by SEO
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Google Analytics certification
  • Experience working with enterpriselevel websites
  • Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites

Salary:
£30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
