What you will be doing
As a qualified Nurse, you will ensure female adults with complex mental health needs in this Mental Health rehabilitation service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:

Location: Ballington Gardens, Leek, Staffordshire ST13 5LW
You will be working at Ballington House, a 13 bedded mental health rehabilitation hospital that provides services for women with complex mental health needs.
The environment at Ballington House offers a pathway from admission to discharge and for those that require more in-depth rehabilitation a two bedroom is available as part of this journey.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support women who often have complex mental health and co-morbid conditions.
