WHAT TO EXPECT


Champion and lead the development of a targeted and highly specialised learning curriculum for our client-facing retailer people with a focus on competencies, assessment and development programmes to support the delivery of Modern Luxury Experiences at Retail.


Work closely with a diverse set of JLR stakeholders - other functions, House of Brands, Centres of Excellence, and Region and Markets - to develop curriculum strategy and programme material appropriate to the strategic and tactical needs of the enterprise.


KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop the short, medium (23 years) and longer term (5 year) strategy and curriculum to enable the clientfacing retailer roles to provide Modern Luxury Client Experiences
  • Champion the required retail capability transformation across the world
  • Challenge the traditional approaches, to achieve a step change in Learning and Development asset development, retailer staff engagement, and capability achievement
  • Develop learner journeys for retailer roles which accommodate the broad spectrum of roles, cultures and learning preferences, and deliver the requirements of the House of Brands and the broader enterprise
  • Lead the Curriculum Specialists to develop the curriculum content
  • Support Regions and markets to implement key programmes effectively and efficiently
  • Review metrics and reporting for each curriculum development and uses the data to drive continuous improvement

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Experience of developing and delivering training and development programmes
  • Knowledge of client satisfaction processes
  • Ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders in order to agree and deliver solutions
  • Experience of leading a team and agency management
  • Experience of managing supplier relationships
  • Proven project management ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of budget management and control
