Description
Manage mobility and immigration cases to and within the EMEA region

  • Consult directly with Recruiters, Employee Success Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to help guide them through the mobility process & policy
  • Consult with and support employees directly, providing the best possible customer support
  • Follow client processes, policies and ensure all systems and documentation are kept up to date
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining Mobility Case Management system
  • Support EMEA mobility activities while ensuring global alignment in program areas including policy, best practices and process improvements on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with third party providers (Immigration, Relocation and Tax partners) and internal stakeholders (Legal, Cross Border) to develop solutions for special cases
  • Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed
  • Provide support and training to ES (e.g. Recruiters, ESBPs) on latest processes and policies
