    The teams at Skanska provide crucial support to healthcare workers in hospitals nationwide. They focus on optimizing energy consumption, reducing carbon footprint, and cutting waste disposal expenses.


    Our Building Services division is currently seeking a Contract and Performance Manager to join the team at Papworth Hospital.


    • You'll:
    • - Offer strong leadership to the Helpdesk team, providing training and assistance.
    • - Oversee a skilled Helpdesk team delivering support services efficiently and comprehensively.
    • - Assist the operational team in meeting contract requirements.
    • - Continuously improve the reporting system to mitigate potential future risks effectively.
    • - Manage contract records, information, and support the Management team during audits and annual obligations.

    • We're looking for:
    • - Demonstrated experience in managing both direct and contract labor.
    • - Highly organized, process-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
    • - Strong customer service skills, professional attitude, and ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
    • - Proficiency in IT skills and all Microsoft Office applications.
