Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with architectural expertise to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network infrastructure design, implementation, and troubleshooting, with a focus on high-speed data centre fabrics.
As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure using Juniper Routers/Switching, Supermicro (Sonic), Arista Switching (EOS), Nokia (SR-Linux), PaloAlto (Firewalls), InfiniBand, and Mellanox technologies.
Implement and manage L2 and L3 networking protocols, including VLANs, STP, IPv4, IPv6, NAT, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, EVPN, IPSec VPN, Subnetting, and Supernetting.
Design and implement Leaf and Spine Architecture for high-speed data center fabrics.Configure and manage authentication mechanisms such as TACACS+, RADIUS, and LDAP(S).
Conduct network troubleshooting at both L2 and L3 levels to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Develop automation scripts using Python and utilize Ansible for network automation tasks.
Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of the network infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Extensive experience with Juniper, Supermicro, Arista, Nokia, PaloAlto, Infiniband and Mellanox.
Strong understanding of L2 and L3 networking protocols and architectures.
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation tasks.
Hands-on experience with Ansible for network automation.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent.
Experience with HPC or GPU environments.
Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, particularly OpenStack.
Experience with high-speed data centre fabrics and scalable network architectures.
